RepCall

Community & Content Guidelines

Effective date: 14 July 2026

Last updated: 14 July 2026

RepCall exists to help a small circle of friends motivate each other to show up and train. It should feel supportive, a little competitive, and safe. These Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed, and what we do when someone crosses the line. They are part of our Terms of Service: breaking them can get your content removed or your account banned.

The deal in one line. Motivate, never mock. Be real, be decent, respect other people's privacy and consent. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users, and we act on reports — normally within about 24 hours.

1. The spirit of RepCall

The whole point of RepCall is friendly social pressure among people who actually know each other: you prove you trained, your friends see it, and everyone keeps each other going. Encouragement, hype, and a bit of rivalry are the fuel. Cruelty, harassment, and shaming are not. When in doubt, ask yourself: would I say this to a friend I want to keep? If not, don't post it.

2. What's welcome

3. What's not allowed

The following are prohibited. Content that breaks these rules may be removed, and accounts that post it may be suspended or permanently banned.

RepCall involves cameras in shared spaces, so consent matters:

5. Keep it authentic

RepCall runs on "proof, not claims." Don't fake it:

6. Report & block tools

You have two tools built into the app, available right where content and people appear:

Reporting is confidential — the person you report is not told who reported them.

7. How we enforce & our 24-hour commitment

Our commitment: we aim to review reported content and take action on it — including removing the content and removing the users who post it — within approximately 24 hours of a report.

Depending on the severity and history, action may include removing content, issuing a warning, restricting or removing features, temporarily suspending an account, or permanently banning it. Serious violations — such as sexual content involving minors, credible threats, or clearly illegal content — can result in an immediate permanent ban with no prior warning, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. We may also remove content we detect ourselves, not only content that is reported. Enforcement decisions are made in our reasonable judgement, and we may prioritise the most serious reports first.

8. If we get it wrong

Moderation is not perfect. If you believe we removed your content or actioned your account by mistake, email hello@repcall.app and tell us what happened. We'll take a fair look. We may decline to share details of a decision where doing so would compromise another person's safety or privacy, or an investigation.
